SINGLE BARREL EXPERIENCE

THIS IS A UNIQUE & PRIVATE, IMMERSIVE, EXPERIENCE. 

Make a barrel Bourbon Whiskey from start to finish.  Held on a Saturday from 9am to approximately 3:30pm, this 6+ hour experience puts our distillery and staff at your service. Starting from grain milling and ending at barreling, you conduct the entire mashing, distilling, proofing and barreling processes and learn hands-on distilling details few outside the industry experience. Each participant  takes home a bottle of your unaged spirit immediately.  After laser engraving the barrel head with your inscription, you will fill a barrel that will be put up in our rick house for aging.  Each year you may return to sample the aging spirit and take home a pint sample for each participant, with the option to purchase additional bottles at any time during the aging process. When your barrel is ready for bottling, each participant will receive the first production bottles and you have dibs on the purchase of as many bottles (or cases) as you like.  You also have dibs on purchasing the empty barrel.

Price of $2,500 for six participants includes all of the above plus a catered lunch, open bar for all participants, a stylish double-rocks glass, and your choice of a Mystic shirt or hat for each participant.
